Casa d’Antoine: splendid view & absolute comfort

The Casa d’Antoine is a charming villa designed to offer optimal comfort in an idyllic setting. It is located in Donville les Bains two minutes by car Granville or15 minutes on foot.

This pavilion offers walking access to the beach and a splendid view of the sea from all rooms. Facing you are the Chausey Islands and the Emerald Coast. A true marvel.

The tasteful decoration and interior design nine guarantees you a comfortable stay. 

Wantto have an unforgettable experience? Treat yourself to a massage at the Prévithal thalassotherapy center next door, then hike to Granville along the coastal path that winds past the Dior Gardens and the Plat Gousset seawall. Have lunch at the restaurant “Le Jardin” before exploring the secrets of the Upper Town and picking up some delicious chocolates from Yver.

Unusual

The roof of a building next to the guesthouse is home to… a fighter jet! It was hoisted onto the roof by a crane. This surprising idea came from a local property developer. This former French Air Force fighter jet (a Sepecat Jaguar) is 17 meters long and weighs 6 tons. You can admire it at 16 rue de Coutances in Donville-les-Bains.

You can park in the courtyard in front of the house's garage, or on the right side of the house, where the key box is located. (See welcome booklet)

This cottage has a ground floor bedroom with a toilet and a large shower room next to it Italian-style, practical for the people with reduced mobility.

For tourism, Donville-les-Bains and Granville offer a delightful blend of relaxation and discovery. Stroll along the beaches. You can try your hand at shore fishing, and explore Granville's fortified Upper Town. For nature lovers, the GR223 hiking trails will lead you along the cliffs, offering spectacular panoramic views of the sea.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Arrival : Arrival time at the cottage is scheduled for 6 pm, subject to availability. Early arrival is an optional service available for an additional fee. (See welcome booklet)

Departure : Departure time is scheduled for 10:00 AM, but can be changed subject to availability with a late departure, an optional service at an additional cost. (See welcome booklet)

Access to the cottage: Your arrival is self-check-in; you will find a key box (see welcome booklet). The day before your stay, you will receive an email requesting a €1000 security deposit, which will be held on your credit card (please ensure you have sufficient funds available). This hold will not be debited from your account; it will simply be blocked for 7 days. You will then find the key box codes in your guest account.

Barbecue : The cottage is equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal and firelighters not provided).

Coffee maker: The cottage is equipped with several coffee makers, to find out the type refer to the welcome booklet and inventory booklet.

Dishes : The tableware is suitable for approximately 20 people and includes everything needed to set a beautiful table. (See inventory booklet)

Products: A sponge, a dishcloth, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a little dish soap, and 2 or 3 dishwasher tablets will be provided free of charge to help you get your stay off to a good start. Please plan to purchase additional supplies later. (See welcome booklet)

Our sales team based in Villedieu les poêles is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
