La Clef Decamp, a company specializing in charming gîte rentals, has just acquired a new property at 12 rue Jules-Ferry. “It’s the former notary’s office in the heart of town. The sale has just been finalized,” says Jennifer Cordon-Decamp, who runs La Clef Decamp with her husband Sébastien.

“We will be converting it into a four-star charming gîte, with a capacity of 6 to 10 guests, which should be ready for the tourist season. A second gîte will follow later. The ground floor will be dedicated to our offices, currently on rue Carnot, where we will move in August 2022.”

Jennifer Cordon-Decamp also notes that two new gîtes will be created in Percy and Le Luot. “Altogether, this will bring our rental portfolio to around thirty gîtes.”

In the meantime, while renovations are underway, the rue Jules-Ferry property will host a photography exhibition by local photographer Gaëtan Carpentier from 11 February to 31 March.
