New entrepreneurs have chosen our town for the quality and dynamism of its economic environment.

These new business owners bring freshness and diversity to our town: the first in the management of charming gîtes, and the second in the field of organic (bulk) food—a great opportunity for our community.

Charming Gîte Rentals

Since 2016, Jennifer Decamp-Cordon and her husband Sébastien Cordon have been dedicated to managing charming gîtes.
Since July 2019, they have welcomed guests from their cozy office in Villedieu and offer around twenty 4-star gîtes for rent. Several of these gîtes are already established in our town: Villa Dei, Villa de Malte and its annex, Villa et Cour du Paradis. Other projects are under consideration, including one on Rue Jules Ferry with a seminar room and guest rooms.
The company also seeks to create momentum through local partnerships (Mauviel 1830, Karting du Parc, etc.).
Looking for a getaway? Other gîtes are available in the Manche:
La Chaise-Baudouin and Braffais (Les Chaignonnières and Cornillères), Donvilleles-bains (La Casa d’Antoine), Granville (Les Roches Grises), Valognes (La Duckerie), Further afield : La Baule (Ty-Braz), Amiens (Les écuries Val de Mai), etc.
All stays can be booked by the night, weekend, or week, with capacities ranging from 2 to 55 people depending on the gîte (the five gîtes in Villedieu can accommodate up to 60 people in total).
Extras (depending on the gîte) include: spa, sauna, billiards, table football, and cinema room.
