La Clef Decamp Offers ‘Plus que La Clef
Presse05/08/2024

Founded at the beginning of 2024, Plus que La Clef started its activity in May. "It was a request from our clients and private individuals. The principle is simple: we rent them equipment for various events—family, festive, and professional," explains Jennifer Decamp, director of La Clef Decamp and Plus que La Clef. The Villedieu (Manche) company provides a wide range of products: marquees, photo booths, sumo suits and bouncy castles, trailer-mounted jacuzzis, inflatable canoes, beer taps, professional food warmers, heated parasols, tables, chairs, lighting, wedding decorations, and outdoor furniture.
We will soon expand this initial list with the purchase of a motorhome, a touchscreen for seminars (about 30% of our activity on average), refrigerated trailers, professional planchas, and eventually a small carousel that can be easily assembled and disassembled. All purchased equipment is of high quality. Plus que La Clef is starting gradually. We plan to make ourselves known and launch a communication campaign. A website will be operational by the end of the year with online quotes and reservations.
40 High-End Gîtes
La Clef Decamp today consists of forty four-star high-end gîtes, located in the Manche, Calvados, Somme, Antibes, and La Baule, with a team of 24 people, including 8 at the offices on Rue Jules-Ferry in Villedieu. "For summer 2024, the bad weather recorded for much of July is affecting us. We are losing clients who want to ensure sunny weather and opt for the south of France or abroad," continues Jennifer Decamp.
We have many last-minute bookings, although for our larger gîtes, clients book well in advance. To fill the upcoming weeks, we will heavily discount certain gîtes with reductions of 30 to 50%. Two new gîte openings are planned in the coming months: one for 30 people in Quibou, and a second for 20 people in the Hambye area.
